How Information about you is collected
Renew Psychiatric Services Inc and its training personnel, employees and independent contractors collect information through a variety of means including but not necessarily limited to phone calls, letters, emails, voicemails, and from submission of application that are either required by law, or necessary to process your insurance claims, applications and other requests for assistance through our organization.
What We Do with Your Information
Information about your financial situation and medical conditions and care that you provide to us in writing, via email, by phone (including information provided by voicemail), contained in, or attached to application, or directly or indirectly given to us, is held in strictest confidence.
We do not give out, barter, exchange, sell, rent, lend, or disseminate any information about applicants or patients who apply for or actually receive our services that are considered patient confidential, is restricted by law, or has been specifically restricted by the patient in a signed Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) consent form.
How Do We Use Your Information
Information is only used as is reasonably necessary to process your application or to provide you with mental health services which may require communication between Renew Psychiatric Services Inc and other health care providers, service providers, pharmacies, insurance companies, and other necessary community resources to verify your medical information is accurate for reimbursement for services and respond to your requests to forward information on your behalf or by other legal demands/requests for information about you.
If you apply or attempt to apply to receive assistance/care through us and provide information with the intent or purpose of fraud or that results in either an actual crime of fraud for any reason including willful or un-willful acts of negligence whether intended or not, or in any way demonstrates or indicates attempted fraud, your non-medical information can be given to legal authorities including police, investigators, courts, and/or attorneys or other legal professional, as well as any other information as permitted by law. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not use cookies on our website to collect data from our site visitors. We do not collect information about site visitors except for one hit counter on the main index page that simply records numbers of virtual visitors and no additional data. We do use some affiliate programs that may or may not capture traffic data through our site. To avoid potential data capture that has visited our website simply do not click on any outside affiliate links.
Limited Right to Use Non-Identifying Personal Information from Biographies, Letters, Notes, and Other Sources: Pictures, Letters, stories, correspondence, biographies, or thank you notes sent to us become the exclusive property of Renew Psychiatric Services Inc.
We reserve the right to use non-Identifying information about our patients (those rendered services or goods from or through us) for promotional purposes directly related to Renew Psychiatric Services Inc. care provision.
Patients will not be compensated for use of this information and no identifying information, but you must identify any requested restrictions in writing. We respect your right to privacy and assure you no identifying information will ever be publicly used without your direct or indirect consent.
TEXT/ SMS MARKETING
If you choose to opt-in to SMS communications from Alpha Psychiatric Services, you will receive text messages at the mobile number you provide. These messages might be automated and might include promotional offers, updates, and other information about the services that we provide.
CONSENT TO RECEIVE AUTOMATED MESSAGES
You understand that consent to receive automated messages is not a condition of receiving services at Alpha Psychiatric Services. Messages may include but are not limited to, appointment confirmations, updates, and general patient information.
FREQUENCY OF MESSAGES
Message frequency may vary. You will receive messages relevant to you only.
OPT-OUT AND SUPPORT OPTIONS
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting "STOP". Upon receipt of your opt-out request, you will be unsubscribed and will no longer receive text messages from us. A confirmation message will be sent to confirm your that you have unsubscribed. Should you wish to re-subscribe, you may text "START" to receive SMS messages again. Wireless carrier message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We will maintain the confidentiality of your mobile number. Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. However, for operational purposes, your name and mobile number may be shared with our service providers who assist in the delivery of our SMS communications. These providers use your personal information solely to carry out the services they provide to Alpha Psychiatric Services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the stated categories in this privacy policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. End users can opt out of receiving further messages by replying STOP or ask for more information by replying HELP. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
